Laboratory access, request for authorization.
To gain access to the Department's structures, first the "fillable access request form" must be submitted to the Executive Secretary, which will also verify compliance with insurance obligations.
In order to request the renewal of access to laboratories where activities have already been carried out in the past, it is necessary to select them from the list that will be made available on the basis of the completed courses recorded in the database.
To gain a new access to the laboratories, the applicant must attend the on-line safety course for high-risk activities provided by the University and then upload the certificate of attendance together with the access request form.
Then, to use the available equipment, it is necessary to attend the specific training organized by the managers and to obtain the relative certification.
The technical services will enable the badge based on the documentation provided, specifically for lab, working hours, and duration of the stay.
Access to the laboratories is possible only by using the personal badge on the specific readers.
